Founded in 1978, CM&S established itself as a trusted supplier to the mining and chemical industries, specializing in the sale of equipment such as Falk fluid couplings, Goodman idlers, and Jeffrey crushers, shredders, and feeders.

In 1998, CM&S was acquired by Holden Machine & Fabrication (HMF), marking a major turning point in our history. HMF invested significantly in facilities, equipment, and technical staff, building a 5,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art machining and fabrication facility in 2004. This expansion transformed CM&S into the leading stocking distributor and rebuild facility in the region.
